Ana Belén Delgado treats all files, documents and information as sensitive and ensures that your data remains strictly confidential. We will also be happy to comply with any specific requirements you may have regarding confidentiality and sign your own Non-Disclosure Agreement if needed.

Where Ana Belén Delgado discloses personal data to third parties we require them to adhere to our own confidentiality and security measures to ensure all personal data is protected and securely held. All the translators we work with have signed a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement. No document or information about you, your requirements or the content of your request will be passed on to a third party unless we have their Non-Disclosure Agreement signed. Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties unless in relation to a legitimate business purpose, i.e. translating your files.

Ana Belén Delgado regards all material as confidential and sensitive and takes proactive measures to guard against unauthorised or unlawful processing of data and against accidental loss, destruction or damage:

  • We control the physical security of files and documents (projects and staff records are all kept in locked filing cabinets);
  • We manage access to all information (all files are password protected and access to all files and all servers is password protected);
  • Our activity is protected by a business continuity/disaster recovery plan; and
  • We provide training to all staff on security systems and procedures.

In addition, Ana Belén Delgado is committed to implement and comply with any safety, confidentiality or data protection requirements you may have regarding storage, destruction, deletion or return of any material.

Your rights

If you ask us to delete your information in accordance with your rights set out below, we will retain basic information on a suppression list to record your request and to avoid sending you unwanted materials in the future.
